About Us

Teaching Accessibility in the Digital Skill Set is a five-year research project (2019-2024) funded by UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) as part of the Future Leaders Fellowships initiative.

The Team

The project is lead by Dr Sarah Lewthwaite (Principal Investigator) who is a Senior Research Fellow and Future Leaders Fellow at the Centre for Research in Inclusion, Southampton Education School at the University of Southampton. Joining Sarah is Research Fellow Dr Andy Coverdale. Both bring significant expertise in inclusion and digital accessibility.

Visiting Research Fellow Sarah Horton also assists with the project.
